This Refund Policy applies to all web hosting services provided by apiku.id, both for customers in Indonesia and internationally.
2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for new shared hosting and reseller hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of service, you may request a full refund.
2.1 Shared Hosting Refund Conditions:
Refunds for shared hosting are only applicable if the hosting plan was purchased for a minimum period of 1 year. The 7-day money back guarantee only applies to first-time purchases, and each customer is eligible for only one refund under this policy.
2.2 Non-Eligible Services:
Refunds do not apply to:
- Domain name registrations or transfers
- VPS, Dedicated Servers, or Cloud Hosting
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees
- Renewal payments
- Custom services and development
- LIR Services including ASN registration and IP block allocation
- Other listed services such as VPS BGP Session, Online Counseling, Guru Services, Payment Services, and Costume Order (as shown in the “Jasa Apiku Lainnya” section)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our billing team via email at [billing@apiku.id] within the 7-day period
- Provide your order details and reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval
- Refunds will be returned only to the original payment source (bank account, e-wallet, or payment gateway used during the transaction)
- For payments made via payment gateway, you must submit:
- A clear photo of your bank account book (showing account number and name)
- A valid identity card (KTP or passport) matching the account holder
4. Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds are made excluding any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees (e.g., PayPal, credit card processing). These fees vary by provider and are beyond our control.
5. Abuse, Violation & AML
Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activities under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to request additional verification if any refund request triggers AML alerts.
6. Currency & Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank fees.
